Ongelmatapauksissa lähetä sähköpostia Palvelupisteelle (palvelupiste@dvv.fi). Muista antaa riittävän tarkka kuvaus ongelmasta ja mitä olit tekemässä kun se ilmeni.
Samoin, jos tarvitset uuden Confluence-työtilan tai Jira-projektin, täytä tarvittavat tiedot wikistä löytyvän mallipohjan mukaisesti (https://wiki.dvv.fi/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=3441523) ja lähetä se osoitteeseen palvelupiste@dvv.fi.

If you are experiencing problems using Confluence / Jira, please send email to Palvelupiste (palvelupiste@dvv.fi). Remember to include reasonably detailed description of the problem and what you were doing when it occurred.
Likewise, if you need a new Confluence space or Jira project, fill in the required information using the template in ewiki (https://wiki.dvv.fi/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=3441523) as a basis.
