When you open the front page of the Data Vocabularies Tool, you can see the functions described on this page.  For an unsigned user, the view is the same except for the fact that the Add new data model button is not shown.

The non-active data models are not shown in the search results unless they are specifically searched with the status search.
  7. You can also filter the search to a certain information domain.

Removing the search filters

The filters in use are shown as ellipse buttons above the list of the search results of the data models. You can remove a filter by clicking the particular ellipse button.

Navigating in the tool

You can navigate in the Data Vocabularies Tool with the navigation path. Return to the front page by clicking the Data Vocabularies link at the beginning of the path.

Adding new data model (button)

Everyone has the right to see the published data models and download the descriptions, but adding a new data model requires the access rights of a data modeller. You can get more information about user rights from page: 4. How to Start Using the FI-Platform

Signing in is done with the eDuuni service which authenticates the user. When a data modeller has registered in eDuuni, the organisation's administrator will grant the necessary access rights for them. Creating new data models is possible after the access rights are assigned. More information is available from Create a new data model
